Try having some jerk coming over and an area along your fence line. People would say, how nice, but that’s just wrong. 1. It’s not his property. 2. He cuts the grass to the GROUND! 3. In many states, it’s a way to very slowly take over someone property because they are taking ownership of it and maintaining the property. It’s on my side of the property line. There used to be no reason for him to cut it nor can he say he didn’t know as he has a fence on the property line with a surveyor’s stake in the middle of his fence showing where the corner is. He’s the neighbor behind me. I’m trying to get a fence pot in but no one wants the job because there’s no money in it. 🤦🏻♀️
