imagine her parents looking for her spotting him with her. What would be your first thought? Then, your first act? Before you answer, how far away from home do you spot them? How long since you last saw her? How scared are you? Been in 3 situations: Injured 9 y.o. I was driven home. Parents and military police were looking for me. The A.F. Colonel drove me to the base hospital and Mom and Dad were notified. 2 wks in hospitals, 6 mos. in casts. 65 years ago. My 4y.o. disappeared during a party at our house. OMG! Another girl was gone as well. Before panicking, we spread out, yelling and looking. Maybe 5 mins. later having heard us, came innocently back, hand in hand. "Hi, Daddy. We went for a walk." They thought nothing of it. 48 now, PhD. university department head. 1st rehearsal of a show. 10y.o. waiting for his ride, on a busy corner. We'd just met. I stood with him until his folks arrived. At first a bit concerned, 6'3", 250 black with, white kid, but thanked, me All scary.☮️🫶🏿
