You know how to solve this issue, donโt work with any females. Problem solved. While weโre on the subject, if thereโs a job in an office setting or in a factory, thatโs one thing. But if itโs in a construction setting and thereโs heavy duty work that needs to be done, I donโt think women should be allowed to work in that scenario. I see women on construction sites, theyโre holding signs and directing traffic or picking up trash, light work. While men do all of the back breaking work. I myself do Treework and a lot of the time we have to pick heavy chunks of wood and drag brush and it makes me angry when they hire a woman to do a manโs job. In my opinion if she canโt lift a chunk of wood that weighs 50 to over 100 pounds, then she has no business being on the job site. If she canโt get in there and lift heavy stuff, Iโm not gonna help her. In my opinion she took the job away from a man who can actually do the job without someone always doing the grunt work for her.
