Dennis Rodman chose not to score. He's a lot smarter than folk realize. His commitment to rebounding and focusing on defense gave the Bulls an edge. I remember a Bulls game that he played on his birthday where he scored from all over the court just because he could...

This video is a lie. Dennis Rodman averaged 25 points in college so the man can score he just realized he was most needed on defense and rebounding. Also Jordan didn't recruit him if you watch the Last Dance Phil Jackson came to both Jordan and Pippen about the idea of signing Rodman after Horace Grant left and they both approved the idea.

Not true Rodman could score he fell out of love with it look at his averages with Detroit he dam near averaged 10 and 10 a game. When he got with the Bulls he doubled his rebounds and stopped trying to score almost all together

Without pippen and Rodman Jordan wouldn’t be known as we know him today he a great scorer but he was never going to win a ring without them 2 on the court go look up MJ playoff history without Dennis and Pippen

Dennis Rodman when he was in college was scoring points. But Dennis was extremely intelligent and what he knew was this. I can make myself valuable and not have to compete with these shooters and that’s where my niche will be. Dennis was a genius. This is how seriously he took rebounding: he would sit under the goal and watch different players shoot; he knew what kind of spin they had on the ball and he watched the way the ball would takeoff from off the rim. He filed that on everybody he had to play against. That’s what made him a great rebound. He was so good until he knew based on the spin of the basketball where it was going to go off the rim and where he was gonna have to be to get the rebound. Dennis was a genius.

Yes, let's give Michael Jordan thumbs up for that but if he was truly the goat he would have got them 20 rebounds himself. That goes to show that no matter who you called the GOAT, they cannot play and win the game by themselves. So people need to stop hating on LeBron James and all of his accomplishments that Michael Jordan and other players could not accomplish. Two different eras and two different GOATS!

who in the world is this talking and has no clue what they're talking about! Dennis rodman will shoot your eyes out, when he was with Detroit part of his role was shooting and he can shoot but he was an animal on rebound and defense so that's where they focused him and when he got to Chicago that was the whole focus. but there were games where he was left alone or he had a lane, he would shoot your eyes out. this dude has no clue what he's talking about

This attitude being expressed is reflecting a sinful attitude to God and a contributing factor in the downfall of societies, having a inordinate affection towards a thing, in this case basketball, & because of it learning to accept abominable behavior, men dressing as women (duet22:5), which is offending God provoking Him to send heart wrenching adversities into ppl's lives, even death laden scenarios, for pursuing happiness in iniquity contrary to His nature (helaman13:38)

I want to know what motivational speaker is talkin loud and out his neck in hopes that people will believe what he's saying so that they don't feel cheated out their money. Its the stress he puts on Rodman not being able to score and delegating his abilities to only rebounds that Im not feeling cause his career says otherwise. No, Rodman wasnt an offensive power but saying he couldnt score at all is a bit disrespectful. AS A DEFENSIVE POWERHOUSE Rodman averaged nearly 9 points a game in his years with Detroit, his second season nearly 12pts a game and his best rebounding seasons were his last 2 with Detroit in '91 and '92 averaging over 18 reb a game which was 3 more than his average in those 3yrs with the Bulls. He was asked to focus on rebounding and defense in Chicago but still managed to average just over 5pts being g his lowest of his career when playing at least 40 games(only played 35 between his last 2 seasons, one with both the Lakers and Mavs)
