This is nothing, I work at a liquor store in Wis, and the feds sent in a person (female) that looked way over 21 (in wis we only have to card people if we question the age of said person) and I sold her a can of soda and a pack of topps ciggerette papers and 9 days later we recieved (US MAIL) a letter that stated what happened with a $1000.00 fine attached. Of course this is legal for cops to hire ppl that look way older than 21 to screw ppl that sell rolling papers However,keep in mind I can legally sell NA BEER to a 2 yr old. WILD isnt it
