Yes. I would be upset. Think it through. The bride spends days, weeks, months of planning... it takes so long to find the perfect dress. Nails, hair ... arranging for suitable clothes for the groom... the Hall, the church... the catered party. It is a bride's dream come true... AND ... you think it's funny to smear cake in her face? It's not. It's disrespectful and embarrassing. I can't imagine any bride wanting that on her special day.

Yes I would be upset! It literally costs thousands of dollars to get your hair, makeup, nails and clothes together and all day and then to be disrespected in front of family and friends. Now Any pictures for the remainder of the day were ruined. Many people either annual or divorce from this.
