For situations such as this... I personally like to pull up beside them and tell them kindly that their bumper is falling off. I have gotten around 6 people to pull over. I just wish I was there to see their stupid faces when they realize their bumper is fine. (Meanwhile I am a mile ahead of them). 馃榿馃槄馃槀馃槶

Some guy got all bought hurt because one of our work trucks didn't let them merge onto the interstate, because there was traffic and he called the cops on that truck, said the truck ran him off the road, the caller received a ticket for calling in a false report. 馃憤
