That number 336 jersey is what the Lakers are going to have to do if they keep retiring numbers.

Seems smart... it causes the players to react in sync 👍🤔

Good drill to keep every one hustling and reacting to the ball as a unit. The resistance bands build lower body strength, foot speed. stamina and agility.

Well, as a former great defender(self described), I’d bait the offense by doing this pattern 2-3 times then step into that cross court pass for the easy steal.

if the offense cut through them the defense have make an adjustment according to which side the ball is on then the opposite side have to play back side help it's call "" Ball Me Man"". if the defense play it right you can eliminate what they call "the straight line drive to the bucket". there fore you want give up in side position to the offense ever one on defense SHOULD have a Man to box out.... it looks like a 2- 3 zone and it also look like a 2-1-2 zone depends on how the offense cut through.....

what happens when the offensive players move to the open areas? such as the post and free throw areas?

avator

That only works if the offensive players stand still, which i doubt would happen.
