All major restaurants buy the same food, from Sysco food distributors, so the chicken, steak, burger, fries, etc. is the same wherever you go. If you want something different, go to the "mom and pop" restaurants.

pre cooked and frozen then thawed and reheated . sounds like a recipe for crap tasting chicken wings
they were probably gummy in which gummy wings are horrible keep them in a little bit longer

had that happen before, told the customer they come in pre cooked then we hear them up in the dryer, they tried to double down saying they weren't fresh so they wouldn't pay. long story short, they paid the full price, and got banned.

Lol...Most customers don't cook in a kitchen half as clean and maintained like a commercial restaurant! ...Customers like this, are people looking for a knock off on the price of meal that they can't actually afford! 🙄
Make a new batch. Just fry twice as long. Problem solved

I bet you didn't explain it to the customer that your wings are precooked.
you didn’t recook them long enough! some people don’t like slimy wings, they prefer fried hard this is why i use fully uncooked wings on my food truck not precooked
