washing my chicken has never made anyone I know ill, on the other hand....not washing your chicken can have your mouth and ass fighting over the toilet. I will continue always washing my chicken before seasoning and cooking it
With the amount of seasoning she put on the meat, you could serve a shoe and no one would know. If the meat is good you don't need every season in the cabinet. I'd still like to try it. Her smile and knowledge are to be admired.
