The haircut is not the issue. Violence of some kind led to the order. Violating it was placing the victim in danger of harm. If the guy doesn't have family or friends to stay with, perhaps he's turned them against himself by his actions! He can sleep in the gutter if he hurts his woman or kids as far as I care.
