Lady, get a lawyer??? She's going to need multiple cosmetic surgeries and shouldn't have to be the one footing the bills Judgement is ridiculous, those dogs didn't bite her once, they mauled her.
wrong judgment. the plaintiff should have been compensated for her pain and suffering and her medical bills. this was not a good judgment by the judge.

SERIOUSLY! This Judge did not rightly judge this. This judge is a sitting judge in Indiana, and has a television show and needs to lose it. This is in Indiana where dogs are supposed to be controlled by leash and or in a secure space. This judge did not use the whole law, he used one thing from the whole Law. It doesn’t matter that they had never been aggressive. This Judge does not serve honest or rightful judgement. He should be disbarred. The woman and son were not doing anything to the property, dogs or the other woman. This woman needs to and should fight back by getting an attorney. This Judge is a pathetic excuse for a Judge.

There are to many unanswered questions. Couldn't understand the other woman's explanation. Would need more information. Huskies are not normally violent.

They are showing Huskys. Huskys are not a violent breed. They just don't go into protective mode. Something was done to them or she trained them . This doesn't make sense. Those dogs should have been locked up in the backyard with the owner. She is responsible for her bills since they are her dogs. Do not get dogs like that.

there's got to be something else to the story that we're not seeing on here because the plaintiff should have won this case so obviously they went into their yard I don't know the whole situation so it's sad that this happened but the whole story needs to be put out there
