and in school you are taught if you are not given a number for half assume that number will be 2 because half as a fraction is 1/2 but you cant divide something thats already being divided unless you flip the fraction you already have and then flip your sign which turns your 1/2 to 2 and now your equation goes from 100÷(1/2) to 100x2 which makes 200 the correct answer but like I said earlier if you jus say to someone 100 divided by half they go automatically assume 100 divided by 2 cause you didnt specify half of what
