People apparently don't understand that when they keep changing the scenario, the police have to change their tactics based on their training. if they're doing their job and you request a supervisor, that stops them from doing what they were doing and changes their tactics. if you request something different, or state a new facet, or don't follow the lawful commands, they have to change tactics each time...... it's much quicker and even sometimes, more lucrative, to follow the commands and fight it in court.
