no one wants to teach why they are scared if he becomes better than them that's the problem with jobs . there is always somebody out there better than you. Teach helps you too
Yeah no! Your done. How are they watching him do that. I would had took it out his hands as soon as he turned it off. They must really not care about people or the equipment. He could ruin both!!
Yea u pull up to my job site with a ski mask on u not even getting this far
People think you learn to use tools all on your own. Obviously heโs not in a lead position here. Mfs should be teaching him how to work efficiently and effectively and safely as well
Common sense isn't very common is it?
And if it was a video of him shooting or fighting yโall would still be racist. Yโall are goofy
why didn't anyone stop and teach him before someone gets hurt?
work release
Can any of them work hard, just asking every job I had a they were part of the team, lazy AF and managers were to scared to say shit. true story
DEI, everywhere this morning
what's w the ski mask ? afraid someone from the block is gonna see him actually working for a living. someone should show him before he gets hurt..๐ค
Those who can't do, teach. Those who can't do or teach.....SUCK!!! ๐ณ๐๐๐ฅฐ
saw cord cutting champ of TX, cut three cords in one morning, one saw left, wouldn't let me touch it,little hard on nail guns too
instead of firing, see the dedication in him to actually show up, that is rare! so retrain & educate to elevate
I tell all newbies, you got 9 chances, 10th your fired. ๐ ๐๐ ๐
hate working with ratchet people
Oh my lawd
he needs to be on waterborne duty forever
Hey Mr George how much you pay for the new guy ๐ค๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
All the comments about teaching him and pointing out his shortcomings...........um........we're talking about that pink shirt, right?
and everybody ends somewhere. some sooner than others . id tell him once and the next time he is done
I mean he's eager to work. just got to show him the technique. he's kind of got it.
He's not even smart enough to put his pants on, let alone operate a saw. SMH.
surprised he wasn't holding the saw sideways like they do a pistol ๐๐ ๐ญ๐
Stick to basketball bud
Thatโs for left handed
He is the Test Dummy
he gone loose a knee
IMF
train him not that hard for grown men to train .
He's there to work and make a paycheck. It's on his boss for not correcting him and coaching him properly on safety.
My first time using a skill saw i went in crooked and the blade kicked back and almost lost my left thumb. But someone seen me and taught me not to hold it like that. Been on the saw now for 11 years. No accidents
naw you off right now ๐คฃ ๐ ๐
Common sense shows you thatโs an old piece and he is goofing off for the camera.
They are not saying anything knowing heโs going to cut himself any minute and go away
This is the reason why you only hire licensed contractorsโYou get what you pay forโฆ
LMAO ๐คฃ๐คฃ๐ญ๐ญ
SAFETY FIRST..
at least he has a great saw to use. I have one 20 plus years now works just as good as day one.
Those guys just standing there watching should totally step in and save these clueless and inexperienced dudes from getting seriously hurt. And then maybe even show them how to use a circular saw properly and safely, or just take over for them and move them to a different part of the job that's a better fit for their experience and skills for now. Without any other info besides this video, I can think of a bunch of better ways this could've been handled instead of just standing around and filming. But like I said, there's no context given, and I have no idea what's going on here, other than a young guy poorly and dangerously trying to cut a two-by-six with a circular saw. At the very least, I can say he's trying, instead of just sitting at home or being a bum or doing countless other things young people do to make money besides hard work.

Whoever is the lead on this job site, his foreman, he should be fired. I worked as a lead foreman for most of my years while in construction. It is the bosses job & responsibility to train those who are new properly. If it's their first day, you watch them, guide them, train them, & you never let them do something stupid like this. If you're a boss on a jobs site & you allow a greeny to do something foolish like this for a laugh or any other reason, you should be fired. I'd only fire this guy if he was incapable of learning & if he didn't listen to & follow safety instructions, or he just wasn't right for the job. These idiots standing around him letting him cut the decking like this, if they knkw better, need to be written up or let go. They are the real safety hazard. I've worked with my share of idiots & they always get hurt if they screw around, don't learn from their training, or aren't let go soon enough.
well dudes got a job and isn't out robbing people so give him respect
He wears his sister's close to work
Please donโt ask me why but this makes me mad
not everybody knows how to work with tools... just let the tools work for you
not very smart with power saw.
