Don't judge that child! My older siblings taught me to give the finger when I was 3 or 4. Our family would be out to eat, often a nice restaurant and they'd say some word which triggered me to stand up on my chair and give the finger..I'm positive other diners thought I was just an awful little girl. I had light blond hair, dimples, blue green eyes and always wore some pretty dress and thanks to my siblings I'm sure diners thought I was just a demon child, and it wasn't me, it was them! AND they also taught me to pull up my Mothers dress when we were out in public when they'd say Woo Woo, I'd run over and lift my Mothers dress...so if you see a bratty acting young child, see if there are other kids around since in all probability they're the ones getting the child to act out..its a wonder I'm not more insane than i already am..haha wow!

Trust me they learn this in daycare.. Think what you will… it’s not ALWAYS the parents.. We have to work.. My own little girl learned cuss words I didn’t use, that were shocking at a private Christian day care.. We didn’t have video like we have now.. 💕PS She grew up fine college educated and not a drug addict..
