I have seen this video several times before, and the backstory too this is that these people either work in a bar or restaurant and these two are reinacting the scene from Titanic when Jack & Rose were in the water after the ship sanked. And Jack was drowning as Rose was trying too save him that is why the other two workers are throwing ice on them too represent the cold icy water. It is a skit of Rose and Jack from the Titanic. Roses is trying to pull jack up on the door with her. The others are throwing ice to symbols the ice and cold I am guessing. Maybe the Titanic theme song was playing and bartenders/barbacks were bored. This video is popping up weekly now. Maybe enlighten others if you see it. I am sure the guy always bringing chairs to look for clues arms could use a rest.
