there's a cemetery in my neighborhood in bensonhurst Brooklyn that has gravestones in it but then one corner of it is unmarked grave for I don't know how many maybe a dozen or two or more slaves from the civil war that died. And their graves are unmarked and they were thrown together and buried there. breaks my heart when I think about that. especially that they died in the civil war.

We have one in an old cemetery in the woods on our property. No headstones (They were probably wooden) and 7-8 depressions in the soil facing the same direction. I think there are 9 graves. It could be Civil War.
