the city of New Orleans needs theses
Louisiana & Mississippi & panhandle areas need this kind of protection during special circumstances. There should be more they can do to sustain those areas. It is a great idea but needed to be 2 x the size for sure if not more. And to have another purpose when not in use during normal weather would be great as long as it remains useful at any moments notice. 👍Isn't it wonderful to have geniuses in our world!
