I remember that study. It was back in the 80s I think. I'm sure it still the same. As long as the government keeps tell the employer and schools and citizens that certain races aren't as good as others, people are going to believe. Some of it is no one wants to be told what they need to do. Some of it is, for their whole life people are taught that some races can't do it on their own, they need help.

stop looking for jobs and build a business its simple I haven't had a job in 8 years .. I do gigs from craigslist and online gigs I make a very comfortable living and get to enjoy my kids... its not easy but its possible
what are the variables, what jobs for each, how did they present themselves, how did they speak, how did they apply. theres so many variables that goes into jobs, ones who hold themselves high and show attentivness and show they can remember how to do the job and do it well. unfortunately due to how most african americans are raised they cant properly present themselves, especially as a minority in a predominantly white area. it sucks but its the truth

But after the interview I know nobody on the team will like you. You came off wrong, are a poor fit. Im not going to call back any black people because they don't work well with others. Always playing victim, have identity issues, mental health problems, can't get along with people. Facts. They don't play well with others, not even their own. This is the time when I'm honest. Bad at customer service, violent at work, always high, and willing to sue an employer at the drop of a hat. Thats based on facts btw.
I don’t feel this is an accurate study when it almost always depends on the way a person presents themselves. Professionalism is important for that reason. Not saying the study is wrong, but just showing statistics and not showing interviews themselves. Leaves things up for debate. I’d like to see the interviews. Can’t agree until I do.
