Everyone has left a response about the Warrant but, know one can tell me what the Warrant is about??🤔
By law, the minute you ask to see the warrant, they have to produce it. They can't say they have a warrant. And say it's, oh, it's in my car, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no by law. They have to have it on their person and produce it to you, saying that they have a work for your arrest, they can't just say we have a warrant for your arrest and arrest you. They have to have the paperwork.\n Just saying they have a warrant is not good enough. Your own lawyer will tell you that.

In this case they did not need a warrant. They were on a call for child endangerment. One of the children escaped the home and had neighbors call the cops. The cops were then tracking down all the children from the home to do welfare checks. This lady was a friend of the mother and was seen picking up one of the children. She actually had two of the children in her home. However the cops do not need a warrant to do a welfare check for children in danger. I am glad these parents were trying to protect the girls. They just didn't know the situation unfolding in front of them at the time.

From what I understand, the type of warrant makes a difference as well. Ask if it is a judicial warrant or an administrative warrant. A judicial warrant means it has been signed and issued by a judge, and they can enter the premises, by force if necessary, to carry out the warrant. An administrative warrant however has only been signed and issued by an official within that or another law enforcement agency, and they can not enter the premises to to carry out the warrant without permission. That is why you do not exit the premises until you have been provided the warrant and determined the scope of their current authority to enforce it.
