I was on a military 5 ton truck in Okinawa and we we’re getting ready to move troops back in the jungle when we were going down a dirt road and all of a sudden the road collapsed under us and the truck was down in this hole about up to the front bumper and the driver started rocking the truck back and forth and the axles were pushing the dirt like a bulldozer till it cut a path long enough for the truck to get a running start and ran up the wall of the hole and actually stood up on it’s rear tandem axels wheels threw the truck up the wall of the hole and out of the hole .. Them military vehicles and built to endure a lot of things .. Was in the Marines early in my career when that happened and I am retired from the Marines now ..
M551 "Sheridan" AR/AAV (Armored Reconnaissance/Airborne Assault Vehicle) was a light tank developed by the United States and named after General Philip Sheridan, of American Civil War fame. It was designed to be landed by parachute and to swim across rivers. It was armed with the technically advanced but troublesome M81/M81 Modified/M81E1 152 mm gun/launcher, which fired both conventional ammunition and the MGM-51 Shillelagh guided anti-tank missile.

Hello am single and new on here
leopard 2 has diesel power the Abrams A1 has turbine power would have flown across that cut at 45 mph
Hell Yeah!!!! Woot, just plain common sense that most of this generation is missing!! -James
M1A1 Abrams
that's so awesome
was that even American tank?
if it was going fast, you'd be running scared. Just saying.
I'll bet it won't do that if the soil is hard.🤔
ummm, why didn't they take a running start at it the momentum. would have kept the tank virtually level, and it would have just crossed over the trench without stopping.
Bridges? We don't need no steeenking bridges!
🌍 earth in the way..wtf..again ? np.....just move it out the way 😂

I was a tank driver with the 1/37 th. armor at Hendenburg post in Ansburg Germany in 67 and 68.but we had M- 60. IT was alright in the summer but froze our asses of in the winter. especially when we went on winter training for 30 days and it was very very cold.
Did something similar with my firetruck. After St Helens blew and buried the region around the mountain with debris and ash, the landscape was altered drastically. Gullies were filled in. Waterways were rerouted. I worked for DNR in WA, and we were surveying the area. Our vehicle was our 8,000G tanker with all the gear(shovels, axes, chainsaws, etc.) A stream had changed course and had eroded through the roadwaydown a few feet AND there was an additional several feet of ash. Drove the truck forward and collapsed the bank. The crew hopped out with shovels and collapsed the other bank. And we continued on our way! This was all South and East of the mountain. Unreal devestation...but, Life was returning. No critters running around, but the plants were sprouting up thru the debris-field. And the fish were there too.
Thank you for your service and our freedom!
The first interaction I had with a tank was when I was in my foxhole and the ground started shaking so bad that I thought it was an earthquake. I asked the guy with me if that country and area had earthquakes and he didn't know. Then out of the dark this tank rolls out. Thank God it was ours!!!
It’s actually a Leopard 2
M1A1 Abram’s, main battle tank.
fun fact... Russian tanks break down if u look at them . and Ukrainian farmers sell them after towing them home with tractors
leopard 2 battle tank
criss cross a bunch of trees it works better than a ditch
that thing must eat 3 gallons per second. the torque has to be... what kind of engines do they run??
don't worry the tats are fine only one opinion
like granny gear
is that all🤔
that's some variation of an Abrams. I can't believe these people saying Sheridan's
It could’ve easily jumped it too 🤔
that tank identifies as a dodge power wagon !!!!😆😲🤔
M1A1 Abrams
It also has a stabilized gun so it sure as hell is no m-48 Sheridan
the tank became bull doser !!!
I love this! The machine tank says, DON'T get in my way!
I didn't expect that 😲.
asking back in the 80s and 90s and the four that's what we call those dinosaurs maximum effective range as far as you can see on the 105 the 50 cal not as much but you're not supposed to use it on troops yeah right and then you got the 7.62
Wow, that’s a lot of power.. That’s quite a chunk of earth
Probably the only tank that can do that.
at least he knew to backup or spin the turent around 😆😆
that's basically equivalent to metal against flesh.
nothing stopping that monster
So been gone wide open it just went right over
Damn that’s got some power
she can't hold a candle to Melania and Michele is the least feminine women around!
I hope it’s on our side
When I was in Israel the entire country has these 15ft ditches on all sides that meet land. Not going in a vehicle into that country. I love Israel.
