Well, not all LDL is bad and your brain needs cholesterol. I would like to hear a discussion about the harmful smart small particle, bad cholesterol versus the large particles that are not harmful. There’s also studies out that shows LDL does not increase mortality be very wary about taking a statin or anything that messes with your cholesterol. There’s other things that are a better predictor of coronary artery calcification., i.e. heart attack.
