even shop air at 125psi won't inflate a tire that quickly. your exhaust doesn't even put out enough pressure to inflate that tire.

it could work to gain a few psi if everything was airtight but it wouldn't be able to pressure up more then the exhaust pressure, so maybe a couple of pounds but that's it, maybe enough to get a flat tire off the rim but not much else
