Reparations equal to the value of the dollar in that era? Slavery was not just a skin color it was an evil and degrading ideology of less than because of your station in life or circumstance. Reparations for who? They always refer to the descendants of those who were only owned by whites. What about those descendants who were owned by other Blacks, Latinos or Native Americans tribes? Let's not forget the fact that reparations were already paid out by Republicans towards the end of the Civil War, before Democrats put an end to it. Democrats even went as far as taking back the 40 acres
