what most people don't know about what he's doing is he carries the heavy gun it's called a light machine gun or a m240 thanks what it's called it's can be a 223 well military terms of 556 or a 7.62 which is a 308 the 308's a little heavier than the 556 but I think they're belt fit and the pouch just on them holding the ammo is I want to say 100 rounds it's all together you caring about 40 lb and you have to or more and you have to aim while you're walking you have to be able to walk forward while you're shooting and that's a lot of back pressure on you it takes a lot of training and what he's trying to do is be prepared to be able to do his job better so that is a legit thing he's doing isometric exercises while he's walking Fords and backwards because he's at the back of the group and he has to defend his team so he cares about what he's doing and he's trying to do the best job he can just the people know
