ok ,let me get this straight, when someone THINKS they are fat and they barely eat and they are nothing but skin and bones , ITS A MENTAL ILLNESS , because they still THINK they are FAT . Biological males are men and Biological females are women. There is no other gender besides those. XX or XY and no you can't switch. This isn't an choice it's biological science.
