BS the policeman was doing the right thing, whoever was in the vehicle was a danger to society!! It hit his car , then hit it again as he was getting out of the car!! The police have every right to shoot
The incident occurred on Oct. 24 when a Plymouth Township police officer responded to the Doubletree Suites hotel on Fountain Road to locate a Mercedes SUV linked to multiple incidents in Montgomery County and surrounding counties.One of those incidents included a 911 call in which the driver of the Mercedes, Dalton Janiczek, allegedly threatened to blow up a police station and harm officers.According to investigators, the officer found the vehicle and activated his emergency lights. Janiczek began reversing and struck the police vehicle several times, the D.A.'s office said. The officer exited his car, drew his firearm, and ordered Janiczek to stop and show his hands.

Maybe I鈥檓 not seeing what everyone else is what I see is a car (he could have stopped and was giving them a ticket) when the SUV intentionally backed up into the police car several times before the officer got out so why is the cop wrong he doing his job? According to authorities, the incident began when a sergeant attempted to pull over Janiczek鈥檚 vehicle for a traffic stop. I do see that the car attempted murder in the police officer, in some cases there are police officers that do kill for no reason, just wandering what lead up to this person wanting to get away so bad, usually it鈥檚 because there wanted but sometimes people fear for there lives
police can only Shoot if someone is trying to run them over. if a cop runs in front of a car and shoots they just want the thrill of killing someone consequence free.
