I'm not at all surprised the mom dog let the kitten lay with her babies. This shows how much better animals show love and acceptance towards others who are different than far too many humans. Society and human nature needs to learn this lesson eventually, or we will never truly be at peace. I am going to be 61 on 11-20, and I have seen far to much cruelty in my lifetime, even from my own family and children. As a result, I know I will never experience family again. That is no way for anyone to live.

my female Pitt just had babies and 2 days later a kitten was in my ditch ...and ....my Pitt nursed and raised that baby as her own....they still love and sleep with each other still
Animals can since, babies and most of them will take care of them. This squirrel fell out of a tall tree and this was its protector. So it really doesn't matter what species, they are. She's had her own cats too 😆

we had a mama cat that would kidnap babies of different species to raise..she raised puppies..rabbits..squirrels and other babies..to her they were her babies and she loved all of them..one day we woke up to find her nursing 6 little bunnies that she stole from their nest.

when I was growing up, our Shepard, who was very protective if strangers came to the house. We walked outside and the Sheppard was lying in the yard. on top of him was laying a newborn kitten and the mother was laying there still having kittens. So amazing 😆🥰💕

Mama didn't care that the little one came to snuggle. She just gave it a bath and some milk if it wanted some. Then the little kitten snuggles up with mom and the other babies and went to sleep. Sweet dreams.

My dog nursed a small kitten we got and actually provided milk for her. Our dog was spayed and never had puppies! The cat few up thinking our dog was her mum

When I was about 7-8 years old, we had a pure bred Chow named Bear. Well, my parents would only allow her to be with other Chows & on her 4th litter, a tiny black & white kitten was dumped by our house. Of course, we took him in & Bear nursed that kitten as long as her puppies! We named that kitten: B.C. (Bears Cat)🤭💝🤗
my labrador has no clue what type of animal she is. She’s been cuddling with our cats, bearded dragons, rabbits, guineaguinea pigs, because she’s been taught love.she has never been hostile.. my grandkids now try and ride her.. she looks for help from me, because she is too old for that stimulation.. never has made a sound while the toddlers don’t know.
