I believe in them too, for the people who NEED them, not just WANT them. Just because you can't keep your legs together and have 8 kids doesn't mean you should be entitled to SNAP, Medicaid, etc. What you SHOULD be entitled to is psychiatric care and birth control so you stop having more kids than you can afford.

Sounding a little hostile there.. you’re supposed to be caring and benevolent with a happy heart even when there’s billions in fraud and waste costing us the taxpayers a third of our salary and making some people very rich. Of course there are people that need it and should get it but there should also be lifetime limits and work requirements for it. Baby daddies should be hunted down and made to pay.
