A lot of people cannot see the bigger picture, when all sectors of society are seeing upward mobility it benefits us all. A shrinking middle class and a more crushing debt on the less fortunate hits a tipping point. NYC election is only a precursor. As more and more people in rural areas see health care services shrink or dissapear as less people can afford it. Or our airports offer less and less flights at some point the impact has a ripple effect negatively on the whole economy. Get it together America, for all Americans.

And one day you will be on social security if you worked enough in your lifetime because you paid into it. Yet it is considered a government program. Perhaps, even SSDI insurance if you get a debilitating disease or illness and you collect that because it falls under the same lines as SS retirement. So many people don’t think into the future how they can end up on some sort of government assistance in a second and not realize they are in that category.
I am 15 years beyond retirement age and do not collect anything. I work and support myself. I do not bleed the system. America is my country and despite its many flaws I support it
