I have always had working line German Shepherds. Some pure bred & some rescues, GSD cross with Malinois. It was before the Canine DNA tests. But the ones with strong prey drive, following instincts and MEGA ALPHA attitude are always a challenge! But they are smarter than almost every human I know. For sure more observant to the point where I'd stop & wonder if they were psychic! Haha but true! Strong leader qualities are a must ( but in a physically non-violent way). Consistency & a tired dog is a good dog! Good luck with your fur baby or fur alligator? I wish you stamina & smiles!
