this happened to me years ago and I've been in Phoenix all my life I've learned if you want a cop yeah wave far away from them and when they see you then they can come over to you but watch out driving up to him or walking up to him cuz they're cautious and they have a right to be!

The motorcycle list broke the law when he went up alongside that cop like that. And that's not the proper way to approach a police officer anyway. very inappropriate conduct on the part of the motorcyclist and the cop handled it like it was supposed to be handled. damn straight it made him angry because it was inappropriate contact at that point. You don't just get a whim and pull up alongside a cop like that. if you want to find out that your family member is still a trooper then you ask them but you don't ask other police officers if they knew your family friend or your father or whoever that's just inappropriate. people that are unaware that this is inappropriate maybe should take a class in etiquette and you'll be a lot better off if you know the rules and the guidelines to stay within
