Dirty mind. Your wife can choose a female Dr. if a male doctor is chosen, a female nurse Must be in the room to observe his actions. The doctor checks the breaststroke for lumps. A male is checked for cancer or other anomalies. They also check your heart for anomalies in beats. ears for wax or infection, throat for the same. if they wanted to do this strictly for "jollys", that is a very expensive way to do it!
Sadly , if you have that mindset & you spoke to your wife's physician in that manner , someone would probably be wasting their time to explain it to you . WHY would a grown man ( you ) go with your wife ( presumably also a grown woman ) to her dr.'s appointment to begin with ? Does this not seem odd to you ? Do other family members or your friends accompany one another to dr.s appointments ? It is actually rather odd behavior in our culture .
