What an awkward place for a Marine in uniform to post a video against a teen doing pull ups. They may not be to Marine standard, but in today’s world, don’t hate on a kid that obviously exercises. Most kids today can’t even spell “pull up” much less do one in real life

He is 100% aware of whether those pull ups count or not, trust me, he’s been corrected thousands of times, tens of thousands of correct pull ups ago. The kid is using his core and his crossed legs, and also does not lock out his arms, all of which give an advantage. Lock out your arms, stop at the top and at the bottom, legs side by side, body straight, do those pull ups 100% with arm chest and back strength.
