I got in trouble for taking away my grandbaby's phone because she refused to turn it off while doing homework. I will never apologize for inforcing good parenting. She would intentionally try to upset me like she was getting paid to do so. I had to ask her if she even liked me because her actions were unwarranted. throwing stuff down expecting me to clean it for her amusement. I stopped spending time with her. didnt even go over to make cookies because she gave me the silent treatment. I wont be watching her again because it is her mother who taught her to do it.

Why the kid gotta give the phone up? whats the reason? "i said so" shouldnt always be a valid reason ...unless its something u cant explain to the child atm... if they are getting rdy to eat or something like that sure... but no reason other then stepdad says so is wrong... or even mom saying "i said so" all the time without giving the child info on how things work... if theres no valid reason kid has a right to act that way somewhat.

I was done like that and I made up my future mind that I would never date a Lady with children. I wasn’t even trying to be daddy. Raised her from a month old to the age of 12. Tho it was true it was very hateful. To this day I have never said anything else to her. She’s grown now and I still hope she gets attacked by roaches😂
