He’s a vicious thug who was let out over and over again never ever held accountable for his vicious behavior and has now taken an innocent child’s life thanks to these liberal judges. WOW, arrested over fifteen times since twelve. Why was he still able to walk the streets? Now,he shoots a ten yr old on a playground of all places. This man needs to be sent to prison for the rest of his natural life. Or the majority of it anyway. My deepest condolences go out to the family/friends who suffered this tragic unnecessary loss!
