pica is what it's called when people crave dirt or clay to eat. only time I've ever heard of ppl actually eating said items is women during pregnancy, and it's because of a lack of specific nutrients in their diet a good ob-gyn or FNP or midwife will ask their patients if they've had any strange cravings
I heard in the South they eat clay like that is this clay
that's really weird

Clay! Omg
I hope she do because I don't get it
???
oh hell no!!ππππ
Pica is a real medical diagnosis where people, often pregnant women and children, crave non-food items. Often they eat starch, clay or even paper in place of foods. It can lead to malnutrition since you get no nutrients from the non-food items. I use to eat Argo starch as child when I could get it, but not to extremes.
They use clay as facial to tighten pores.
Louisiana is like this too
all the clay eaters and exclay eater responded that way. some saw pottery but others saw wow!!! that look good!!!!π₯°

She put it in what looks like a gold cleaning pan ??
Pica is real thing and people eat some weird things, including clay. But I suspect that this may be for modeling o or pots. Not to eat. Why would that be a first answer? I guess pots.
Nowhere does it say she's eating it.
I learned a lot from this.I learned the name of the condition of those who eats dirt or call. The condition is pica.I learned there are many uses for clay.I learned from comments because some looked at his with an artist eye.some saw a stream of revenue.some saw a natural element free that will generate income.for some it brought out the funny the sweet and for some it brought out the bitter some were just confusedππ
Be careful eating the starch and clay. Over 60 years ago my mother ate the white clay dirt carrying a set of twin boys in NC. One was still born due to clay and didnβt make it.

Okay... I watched it to the end, I am no more informed than I was at the outset! This material that she is pulling out of the ground is very interesting-looking... π€ If someone knows what she is doing this for, and what this material is, I'd be happy for you to explain it to us. π₯°
