3 ways here, 1 is to remove the smallest board on the end , and shift each plank 1 position. Should give you the extra you need ,or "picture frame" it , 3 just buy a bigger outside piece to cover completely.
I would've kept everything same an added a black piece in the missing spot for like accent color or somthing I think It would actually make it look better with some black in it just about everything always dose 😉😏 lol,
