i think that it is outrageous that he would take it upon himself to demolish a significant portion of the Peoples House to build a ballroom and conference center that could just as well have been built on other land in DC that belongs to the government, just to make himself feel superior. He demolished a huge part of our heritage and is replacing it with an ostentatious, ugly, pretentious structure that is costing our nation hundreds of millions of dollars and even more in terms of how other nations view us.
