I not sure what the video was about. What I saw it appears to have drugs blocks coming out of that hitch. I seen a tv show called Catch a smuggler, in that show it show some of the way these smugglers try to deliver there drug to dealers. It appears someone got wind of that item. That shipment was discovered & the proper authorities took these bundles & those bundles will not make to there location.
