Skit or not, don’t touch someone else’s damned bag unless you want to be ‘touched’ in a much more instructive manner. Paying for a seat does not, sadly, guarantee you a spot for your bag in the overhead bin, but if everyone stuck to the limits, we’d all have room…since they don’t, we don’t, but nothing excuses crap behavior.
