well yes of course it can be explained the sun rays hit in the waves and the ripples of the water is creating a an illusion almost of sorts not an illusion but definitely an illusion and then there's some cloud formations that are really close to the ocean or lake that it's on and it's causing it look like something that's floating off in the upper corner upper straight up but fortunately there's nothing special here it's beautiful but it's the ripples in the water and the waves the sun is reflecting off it and it's almost making it a mirage or an illusion so it is beautiful actually but there's nothing special or a paranormal or abstract or extraterrestrial here in this video but it's a nice video
