The only people that banned the use of them are the ones getting hit by them. The ones who do not have them or away to defend against them. those countries that have a cluster bomb use them for a reason they work great at eliminating the enemy and the enemies support convoys

What your witnessing is it cost a bomb? It is a bomb, carrying many bombs within it is designed to fall apart or break apart. Sending little bomb lights in all kinds of directions to wipe out massive amounts of infantry and wartime vehicles and we have used them several times, I’m not sure about napalm bomb anymore. I don’t think we’ve used them since Vietnam not only does that incinerate. It is pretty much been proven to cause lots of cancer and anyone around one of those sites.
