I鈥檝e never been to a wedding, where the groom is walked down the aisle. They usually walk with the efficient or walk alone.
My grandparents that live in another state couldn鈥檛 make it to my wedding because my grandfather was sick. I cried when my parents told me. So after our honeymoon my husband and went to visit them. We visited them a few times and I鈥檓 so glad we did. My other grandparents died when I was little I remember my grandfather a little because he had a dent in his knee lol. My older sister called him Old Pappy. I never knew my grandmother.
I'll tell you as a Mamaw...I feel like my kids and their kids have such busy lives.... I don't get to see them as often as I would like to..... You can tell by the look on Mamaw's face this means more to her than anything anyone could buy her
