This reminds me of our local Kiwanis pancake day! We raise money to support children. We serve thousands of pancakes each year on our Pancake Day. There are several grills which fit 27 pancakes at a time. It’s a challange to pour all the pancakes equally, immediately go back & flip them & then immediately go back & plate them! Clean grill, spray & repeat! It’s HARD work especially if you aren’t used to it & definitely feel it the next few days!

I saw a cook at a Waffle house in Atlanta move like this with everything, while other waitresses were calling out more orders. It's true! It is a performance. I tipped the waitress AND him! What did he say? He yelled out, "I told y'all Atlanta was changing!" 😂
