If this is real the manager has piss poor management skills. How do you fire someone without a warning. She was so nice and she handled it with grace, while I would have asked to go into the office so we could talk, and pulled a Taraji P. Henson in straw on his butt. Well, a good boss, a good leader would actually have sat down with her talk with her about what he saw, and given her a chance to improve upon it, then if she didn't improve, then fired her. So that is bad management on my opinion. You're only as good as the people above you

I thought this guy was ranking her. no way a company that size doesn't cross their Ts when they fire someone. even in a state where you can do it for no reason a corporation that size will have the same policy for the entire United States then maybe something different in Europe but they are not making policy at a store or state level. requires to many HR employees
