I used to work for a company called The Pump Doctor based in Eden New York. One of my regular tasks was to calibrate pumps that we've installed. I had a 5 gallon calibration can, with a little window to show the liquid level. If it's below level, I turn up the calibration wheel in the pump. If it's above, I lower it. That fitting is a swivel. and not exactly sure how long it would take to pump 15 gallons but it's going to be longer than a minute. I'm all about conspiracy theories, or even just information they don't want us to know. I don't believe oil is a fossil fuel. I don't think it's anywhere near and short supply the way that they say it is, but this is just a little ignorant.

in California you cant pump more then 10 GPM and in California that swivel fitting isn't legal for gasoline

gasoline is not like water, you can't even swim through it you would sink like a stone if you fell into it. so it flows different from water and it weighs different then water.
plumber here if you reap the measurements on the hoses most of them are anywhere from 5/8" to 1-½" and they can in fact pump alot more than 15 gallons a minute with the fitting as well as it could without the fitting because the pump in the tank is set to meet a certain psi
it has to do with air distribution I believe and what they tell me and what I found to work is you put it on the first Notch and let it slowly fill that way the air can't overtake the gas and you get more gas that way
It’s not witch craft it’s pump pressure and that thick hose you see has and inside hole 🕳️ diameter about the size of a nickel the rest is layered levels of reinforced rubber hose around a hose made up of a special plastic hose that’s resistant to being eroded away by the gas ! I managed a number of store gas stations for many years! Have you not seen that video where the man pumping gas was about to be car jacked and he took the nozzle and sprayed the guy coming up from behind and to the side down with gas and then sprayed the guy on the other side front of the car and then on and in the guy in the van opening from across the car he soaked them all now that’s some pressure! And I can guarantee you those guys got a very sick hi as the gasoline entered their pores!!! They got extremely sick 🤢 and where in a prone position for quite a while once the effects set in! I still wonder if they made it to a hospital or if they got poisoned enough to die !
