I live in Spillman Louisiana, and my state is really corrupt. Probably more corrupt than Illinois, and our Governor is a very vocal Trump supporter. We all know that corruption is Donald Trump's guidelines for his life.

convictions arent a very good metric for corruption... what if a state has 100% corrupt judges that can be bought cheap? then you got zero convictions... is that the least corrupt? if anything, a high conviction rate for corruption indicates a swing state with a lot of partisanship going on where there's a ready supply of people with opposing party allegiance looking to throw people under the bus...
