I AM SHOCKED AT the amount of AMERICAN CITIZENS that do not know or understand our CONSTITUTION. DUE PROCESS IS FOR EVERY SINGLE PERSON THAT HAS THEIR FEET ON AMERICAN SOIL. The reason why we have DUE PROCESS. Have u ever heard of cops arresting a person that "fit the description", "had the same name", etc. yet they arrested the wrong person? Ever heard of the cops knocking down the door at the wrong place? If there was no due Process, those people & it could be your family, neighbors or you, could get deported & they got the wrong person. WITHOUT DUE PROCESS, They have been arresting people who have done everything the right way, even though our IMMIGRATION SYSTEM HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR 40+ YRS. It takes aprox 8 years & $20,000.-$30,000. to become a citizen. YET ICE have a hard time, they're told they have to arrest 3,000 day. NOT ATTAINABLE, TAKES TIME TO FIND CRIMINALS, so they're picking up BROWN People. They even wait at the courts....

Ice has Been kidnapping Americans , holding them for days, and physically abusing them. An Anerican citizen, born here, pregnant was arrested, (they were looking for her husband ) she complained of not feeling well, was ignored and lost her baby and then got a life threatening infection, because she fid not get the care dhe needed. If those federal agents were comitting crimes (or are POSING as agents to comit crimes as is suspected in California in a particular case ALREADY under investigation) then the police are correct in arresting them. In San Diego, there's the case of Cara Knott. She was a 20-year-old woman who was murdered in December 1986 by a California Highway Patrol officer, Craig Peyer. Her murder led to significant changes in police procedures and public awareness about law enforcement misconduct in response to her murder and the subsequent incarceration of the perpetrator.

If ICE does not clearly identify themselves (identification... not a jacket), declare themselves, and drive unmarked vehicles, local authorities (police) should detain/arrest them, process them (mugshots/fingerprints) for attempted kidnapping/unlawful arrest. They can show their warrent/authority, and charges can be dropped later, but at least it will put them in front of a judge for their behavior and be accountable. It just takes a mayor or governor with stones.
