I would sue door dash for hiring a 5 hundred pound man.It's good they have this on camera.This happens & he doesn't apologize, he wants her to know the MOST important thing. I've got your food. On second thought there are NO floor joists. All it took to find that out was a person weighing more than 3 hundred pounds. If the owner didn't build that porch, the builder is to blame,then it turns into a class action lawsuit. At this point find out who built this & who the inspector was. If it's NOT a right to work state I would file a grievance with the carpenters Union.The homeowner should pay for a private inspection & back charge it to the carpenter plus legal fees.Man, this is a big time discovery of shoddy work.The truth is the house was Probably built by a non Union contractor.🤔
